Botryllus schlosseri is a species of ascidian found around the British coast.
This species is similar to the Star Ascidian, but the individuals, which are about 0.15cm long, are arranged irregularly on the elongated common exhalent cavity. This species is orange-yellow, and encrusts stones on the lower shore and shallow water.
