The Brindled White-spot (Parectropis similaria) is a species of moth in the Geometridae family.

This species is local in Britain, inhabiting woodlands in the South of Britain. This species has straw coloured wings, which have very dense fleckling. The forewings are rounded, and look elongated compared to other similar species. There is a white spot near the ridge of the forewing, hence the name.
