The Hoary Mullein (Verbascum pulverulentum) is a species of plant in the Scrophulariaceae family.

This species is rare in Britain, restricted to coastal shingle and quarries of East Anglia. This species is tall and erect, and can reach 1.5m in height. The plant is covered in white wooly hairs. The yellow flowers have five roundish petals.
