The Large Conehead (Ruspolia nitidula) is a species of bush cricket.
A occasional migrant to Britain, this species usually has few records each year. Reaching 6cm in length, but usually smaller, this species is the largest of the coneheads, hence it's name. Called a conehead for the shape of it's head, this species is green with a light line running from the apex of ht e head through the eyes. This species is only active at night, and the wings extend from the abdomen.
