The Longhorn Crazy Ant (Paratrechina longicornis) is a species of ant in the Formicidae family.

This species is ant alien to Britain, and is one of the most successful invasive species due to the fact that they can imbreed without the negative effects of inbreeding. They are named because, unlike other ants, they don't follow a straight line, but dart along erratically. This species does not bite or sting people. The queen produces daughters which are genetic clones of her, and sons which are genetic clones of her mate.
