The Nottingham Catchfly (Silene nutans) is a species of plant in the Caryophyllacaea family.

This species is local in Britain, inhabiting chalk grasslands, notably coastal grasslands, and shingle beaches. The petals are thin and white, and the flowers are out throughout most of summer, and are almost 2cm in width. The flowers are most apparent at night, and are pollenated by moths.
