Rhithrogena semicolorata is a species of mayfly in the Heptageniidae family.

This species is widespread in Britain, inhabiting fast-flowing streams with stony bottoms. This species has two tails, and the forewing is bronze, and can appear yellow in flight. The femur has a brown streak on the centre.
