The Sea Hare (Aplysia punctata) is a species of mollusc found in Britain.
One of Britain's largest sea slugs, this species can reach 7cm in length. A large, dark sea slug found on the west and south west coasts, this species has large frills and long, frilly eye stalks, which give the species it's name. The body has small white spots scattered about. Sometimes reddish or green in colour.
