The Smaller Tree-mallow (Lavatera cretica) is a species of plant in the Malvaceae family.

This species is very local in Britain, restricted to Scilly, Cornwall, Kent and the Channel Islands. SImilar to the Tree-mallow, this species is smaller, reaching 1.5m in height. The 5-petaled flowers are pink with purple veins. This species inhabits distubered gound such as disused quarries.
